How to calculate LINE message charges

Starting from April 18, 2019, the LINE Official Account 2.0 project will integrate the services and functions of products such as "LINE@Life Circle", "LINE Official Account", "LINE Business Connect", and "LINE Customer Connect", and name it "LINE Official Account". The new LINE Official Account has three major features: "no friend limit", "low entry threshold", and "reduced functional restrictions".
LINE charges are divided into three types:

"Low dosage", "medium dosage" and "high dosage" have different calculation methods for different dosage plans. Brands can choose different dosage plans according to their own business strategies. As for the calculation of message volume, you can refer to the following formula: Plan and Usage Brands can adjust the usage or purchase additional message fees according to the current "number of friends" and "number of messages per month" to find a plan that suits them. From the chart, you can also see that the higher the usage, the cheaper the cost of each message. ※The number of free messages refers to the number of messages that can be deducted from the monthly fee. ※The number of messages is calculated based on (number of messages sent) * (number of target friends) = (total number of messages sent). Operators can send 3 dialog boxes each time they send a message on the computer version, and can send 5 dialog boxes each time through the Push API. If a message contains 3 dialog boxes, only one sending will be recorded. ※Message charges are calculated based on the actual transmission. Blocking your friends will not be included in the message charge calculation. What counts as publishing a message? Messages are divided into two types: "active sending" and "passive sending". Only messages sent actively will be included in the billing. If it is sent passively, it is also completely free! If a member clicks on the picture and text menu, the message that pops up automatically, and the message that a member clicks on a post published by a brand, are all considered "passive sending" and are free of charge!
When will the message fee be paid?
Brands using the light usage plan can adjust the plan to medium or high usage in the management background at any time, and it will take effect immediately. The plan will collect payment based on the proportion of the number of days. The remaining plan adjustments (low dosage ➜ medium-high dosage, medium dosage ➜ high dosage, medium-high dosage ➜ low dosage) will take effect next month. For example: If you apply to switch from medium usage to high usage on May 10, the plan will take effect on June 1.

When will the invoice be issued?
The monthly message fee will be invoiced on the 1st of each month, and the message fee of the previous month will be invoiced on the 10th of each month. The invoice and transaction details will be sent to the email address registered for the electronic invoice information.
